Our Announcements

On 29.03.2022 and on 19.04.2022 in frame of EnerNETMob project, the Albanian Institute of Transport held in Tirana and Durrës the activities "Regional Technical Event”.

The first event was organized in Tirana within the premises of a notable university aiming to bring the theme of electro-mobility even among professors and students. The event was attended by various stakeholders, central and local government, national agencies, automative companies, Transport Community Treaty, etc.

The second event was organized in Durrës in order to bring to Durrës Region the experience of Enernetmob project, to present Tirana Taxi Service as a best case for development of electric transport, as well as to encourage a conversation and dialogue on the objectives, plans, obstacles and opportunities for the further development and spread of electric transport in Albania. The stakeholders who participated in the event were from national, local government and authorities of road, maritime and rail transport.

The events praised Enernetmob project and its achievements and also actual development of electro-mobility in Albania despite the gaps: lack of relevant legislation and spread of charging infrastructure throughout the Albanian road network and in main transport hubs.
